Brother Clyde Jackson, 1-89-OGG, Sworn in as Houston County School Board Member

By Bro. Henderson

On January 7th, Clyde Jackson took the oath of office at the Probate Court of Houston County to officially begin his role representing Post 7 At Large on the School Board. The ceremony was a powerful moment of unity, as Clyde was surrounded by family, friends, and an incredible show of support from the Men of the Omega Gamma Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. in Warner Robins Georgia.

As a Spring 1989 initiate through the Omega Gamma Gamma Chapter and a proud lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi, Clyde’s fraternity brothers stood in solidarity, celebrating his leadership and commitment to service. Their presence highlighted the fraternity’s principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance, and uplift, which have guided Clyde throughout his life and career.

Clyde, a retired middle school teacher and coach with over 30 years of experience, has dedicated his life to education, youth sports, and community service. His campaign’s mantra, Kids First, will now guide his work on the School Board as he champions a brighter future for Houston County students.

A heartfelt congratulations to Clyde Jackson, a true leader and brother of Omega, on this remarkable achievement!
