His exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative approach extended beyond the Brigade's chain of command to the entire division acting as the S6 representative for 16 Reserve Component Command and Staff briefings to 14 O6 Commanders on their mobilizing personnel's user account status updates and requirements.
